A Week in Twiin

Our Social Media Manager, Imogen, takes us through a week of her outfits featuring our new arrivals for Spring. These work from home outfits are the perfect everyday clothes that keep comfort in mind whilst making sure you're always dressed ready for any unexpected zoom calls! Look below for all your WFH and Zoom outfit inspo for the upcoming season.

I have to admit, I'm not the biggest morning person, and seeing a meeting invite for first thing on a Monday definitely fills me with dread... So this Monday morning I decided to kid myself into feeling like I have my sh*t together by donning this super cute blouse and denim combo. I love the contrast of the loose fit pastel Xirena blouse and Boyish Jeans' high waist denim!

After Monday's denim adventure I knew Tuesday called for some comfy pieces, but I still wanted to wear something other than my trusty loungewear - I'm sure the post man appreciated it! I'm obsessed with this Selkie sweater, it's SO SOFT, and the skirt from The Line by K is so versatile as I can roll it up or leave it as a complete maxi. The best part is how comfortable these pieces are whilst also being something I'll gladly sport post-lockdown life with heeled boots to the office or trainers to brunch!

Wednesday was a very exciting day, yes, that's right: The big Tesco Trip! One of the many benefits of WFH is running these errands over lunch, and obviously I had to wear my best outfit for this special occasion. Once again I turned to the Vana Skirt from the day before, but this time paired it with this elevated basic tee also from The Line by K. The tie waist detail did wonders! My trusty Baggu came with me of course.

As the week starts to wind down I moved into the height of comfort, in the form of this adorable 'Earth babe' cropped sweater and these khaki linen trousers (with an elasticated waistband at the back - winning!). Now I love this outfit, but the best part has to be the fact both pieces are super sustainable and ethically made. The Joni Sweatshirt from Boyish Jeans is made from OCS certified materials and R.G Kane's Scout Pants are made from flax plant fibres, making them naturally long-lasting and sustainable!

It's dress down Friday people! Time to embrace the lockdown chic with a full lounge look. Once again I reached for that Line by K elevated tee with the tie waist paired back with these statement tie dye sweatpants from sustainable brand R.G Kane. I can't resist some pink so I finished the look with a pop of colour in the form of this Frankies Bikinis sweatshirt in a shade that's bound to make anyone feel happier!

Just because we're staying home doesn't mean we can't look cute, so for this Saturday date day at home I reached for Selkie's newest LBD. I'm sure we can all appreciate this loose cut that is both flattering, forgiving and comfortable all at once! The long sleeves also make it perfect for Winter with tights and boots, or summer with some strappy sandals. I can't wait to wear this out for drinks with friends!

Of course, whilst at home, I had to get extra cosy later that day, so once again added this incredible hot pink sweatshirt from Frankies Bikinis.

A lockdown week of outfits isn't complete without a matching sweatshirt and sweatpants set, and this tie-dye set from R.G Kane is sure to look the best in the park on your daily walk!
