Shipping & Handling

We ship throughout mainland UK and to the EU and a selection of International countries (see country list below) using a 24 and 48 hour tracked working day service. We will provide all packages with a tracking number. Orders placed online before 11am will typically be shipped the same day, orders placed after will be shipped the next working day. However, orders placed between Friday-Sunday will be shipped on Monday. We do not offer weekend delivery.

Shipping costs vary depending on your residence. Please have a look at our check-out page for your delivery fee.

Once we have processed your order you will receive a confirmation email, you will receive a second email once we have booked your shipping with all your tracking information. You can follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order. Please double check your spam folder if you don’t receive these emails within 24 hours. 

Please note that tracking information may only be updated online 1 business day after your order has been shipped.

As our aim is to prepare your purchase as quickly as possible, please contact Customer Service within 2 hours to cancel or make any changes. Please note we are unable to cancel or change an order once it has been shipped.

We ship using Royal Mail for both national and international orders. If you would prefer an alternative delivery method please contact the store for us to arrange this.

The stock shown on our website is in real-time and we always aim to deliver from stock. In the unlikely event that there will be a delay we will always do our best to give you an accurate estimated delivery date for your order.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect provides you with a more convenient way to collect your online purchase. If you place an order online, you’ll receive an email notifying you when this is ready to be picked up, normally 1-2 hours after placing your order.  You will need to provide your order number and a form of photographic ID when you pick up your purchase for safety and security. If someone else is picking up your order please let us know in advance. 

Store opening hours are 10am-7pm, Monday-Saturday, and 12pm-5pm on Sunday. Any orders not collected within 7 days will be cancelled and returned to stock, if for any reason you need more time please let know. We will endeavour to contact you before cancellation. 

Click & Collect is free for all orders.
