Shipping & Handling
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, our national and international deliveries are currently experiencing delays which are unfortunately out of our control. Please note that at this time we are unable to provide tracking information on international orders. Thank you for your understanding - we appreciate your patience in these difficult times.
We ship throughout mainland UK using a next day service and to the EU and a selection of International countries (see country list below) using an express service. We will provide all packages with a tracking number. Orders placed online will typically be shipped the next business day. However, orders placed between Friday-Sunday will be shipped on Monday. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You can follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.
Please note that tracking information may only be updated online 1 business day after your order has been shipped.
As our aim is to prepare your purchase as quickly as possible, please contact Customer Service within 24 hours to cancel or make any changes. Please note we are unable to cancel or change an order once it has been processed.
Please note that Taxes/Duties may be due upon receipt of international orders. We are unable to advise the amount this may be. The shipping company will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost.
We ship with Royal Mail within the UK. Outside the UK we ship with DHL, so please be aware that a signature will be required.
The stock shown on our website is in real-time and we always aim to deliver from stock. In the unlikely event that there will be a delay we will always do our best to give you an accurate estimated delivery date for your order.

Click & Collect
Click & Collect provides you with a more convenient way to collect your online purchase. If you place an order online, it will be ready and waiting for you in store the following day, allowing you to collect your order anytime between 10am-7pm, Monday-Saturday, and 12pm-6pm on Sunday. Giving you full peace of mind as to when you will receive your order, and not having to worry about missing the delivery driver.
Click & Collect is free for all orders.
To use our Click & Collect service, simply select this option during the checkout process.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email from us acknowledging your order, this will contain an order number for reference. You will need to provide this number when you pick up your purchase for safety and security. Once your order is ready to be collected you will receive another confirmation email.
Although we do not place a time limit on Click & Collect orders we do ask that you try come in no later than 10 days after your purchase was made. If for any reason you need more time please let email@example.com know.
